Handmade Production Time

Every Hemp Horizon piece is handmade with care.

Please allow approximately 7–14 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

As we work in small batches and use specialist natural fabrics, occasionally an order may take a little longer. If a significant unexpected delay occurs, we will do our best to contact you.

Please remember that our 7–14 working day production time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Options

Delivery charges and available shipping services are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been handmade, prepared and dispatched, delivery times will depend on your destination and the postal or courier service used.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If your order is for a birthday, holiday, wedding, gift or another special occasion and you need it by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.

We will be happy to let you know whether we can meet your required date.

Unless we have specifically confirmed a delivery date with you, production and delivery times shown on our website are estimates.

International Delivery

International delivery charges and available services will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges where these apply.

Tracked & Express Delivery

If you require tracked or express delivery and an option is not displayed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what services are available for your destination.

Returns

We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
