Returns and Exchange Policy.
All website orders will have a returns and exchange option. Should an item not fit please returned it with a completed Returns Form within 2 weeks. You will receive an exchange or refund. To return an item notify us and obtain a Returns Code. Email us at email@example.com or call on 0208 123 9303 quoting the invoice number, your name and address. This Returns Code should be written on the Returns Form in the space provided.
The product returned to us must be in its original condition with all of the original tags still attached. Any original packaging must also be returned with the item. If a returned item is received without the original tags or packaging (or if we have any reason to believe that the item has been used) we will be unable to accept the item and will return it back to you.
For refunds we will credit you via the card or account that you originally used to make your payment. This will usually be within 3 working days of receiving the return.
Please send all returns to: Hemp Horizon, Studio 35, Truggers, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 6DQ. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility. We will only be reimbursed these costs in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Return/Exchange must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed with all of the original tags still attached.
- Exchange is only available for a different size or colour of the same item.
- To exchange for a different item/s, please return for a refund and place a new order.
- Enclose a copy of a completed exchange/ return form together with the returning item/s.
